Pros
Putting good into this world with an even better group of people. The energy in the office is infectious and you couldn’t ask for better coworkers. There isn’t a single member of the team who isn’t 300% dedicated to the work we’re doing and passionate about every step of the process. No one drags their feet or complains and that’s the kind of energy I want to be around during my work day.
Cons
Funding. Funding is the only issue you’ll ever have to worry about when you work for a non-profit.
