Pros

I’m not sure what higher praise I can give. I love what I do and I love coming into work every day. I’m not sure how many companies have employees who can honestly say that, but I’m sure it’s few and far between.

Cons

Things aren’t very organized in the office, although I think it’s just because everyone is more focused on the end result than all of the paper filing and checkbox marking steps in the middle.
