Pros

A very strong brand with brilliant brand immersion - regardless of role there is the chance to understand our products and really understand their quality - You'll be a Miele advocate by the end of week 1. Strong reward and benefits - reward and benefits are very good and generous. Culture - Locally very strong, friendly culture. Everyone is helpful and friendly. Site - Site is clean, relatively modern and the subsidised cafe is a huge plus. Strong growth plans - GB market is a strong, growing area of the business. There is a drive for strong growth and investment with plans to grow significantly.

Cons

Ways of working can be a bit strange and complex - the interaction between group and market is complex and does present challenges. Career opportunities can be quite limited in more specialised teams due to smaller sizes, but great opportunity to get a wide breadth of experience and exposure.
