      Mission-driven colleagues; an amazing group of people who show up to work daily with delivering value for students in mind

      Cons

      Early-stage company, figuring out how to scale processes and learning when working with challenges of a vastly remote (100+ countries) student population. It’s a worthy endeavor, but not for everyone to be in a situation of uncertainty and experimentation. For folks who are flexible and driven by finding solutions to worthy problems, no better place.
