Pros
The "deal" is incredible from salary to benefits to stocks and bonuses. The opportunity to work with really intelligent business professionals had me dealing with a bit of imposter syndrome at first but it encourages you to shift gears and step up your game and understand that you're just as capable. Large focus on diversity and inclusion in the organizations is great to see and take part in. Ample time off and an ability to dictate what work/life balance looks like for you are great.
Cons
It is sometimes difficult to see what your path forward in the organization is because it's so vast, but that vastness also encourages me to really think about the type of work I want to do, the teams that I want to be involved in and pursue those.
