Pros
Great hours, understanding management, great team, good atmosphere. I loved my team, I loved my managers (mark Longfield and keith) - great guys, go out of their way to help. Mark and I had a great relationship and he always took time to listen and help in anyway
Cons
If you are a senior tech, you may get low level assigned work. A lot of driving, but they tell you all this before you start. They don't like people late - but I don't blame them
