Product Owners have responsibility for articulating why we’re investing in specific areas and the jobs to be done. Our technical managers lead teams through the “how” or implementation as well as responsible for helping our software engineers with their career growth and development. Our employees are some of the most talented in the industry and your advice to management will not go unnoticed. Our leadership team cares deeply about how our employees feel and the frustration that you express through this review is something that we take very seriously. Although not every change will happen overnight or have an impact overnight, as a team, we will make great strides to positively impact the work environment.
