-Job security for the short term, as there are more tasks and meetings than what the remaining employees can handle. -As long as you fill in the time sheet, no one really cares about what you do. -Marketing people are still doing their job to fill in fake reviews.
Cons
CXOs have clear goals, to count on the days staying in the company in order to vest their quarterly benefit. They neither care about customers, products, nor the employees. Every decision shows their lack of knowledge in management, technology, and the market.
