      Decent Company, Decent Work Life Balance

      Pros

      There is a decent enough work life balance, very rarely will you have to stay late if you are on the engineering side. The pay is decent enough, and the people are friendly and cooperative.

      Cons

      Ultimately the experience is nothing like a FAANG or another reputable tech company. This is a decent place to start your career, but look to move on as soon as you can. The pay and annual raises are decent, but not very competitive compared to other tech companies. The annual bonuses are completely stagnant. The product itself is a little outdated too and your growth potential has a very low ceiling.

      Pros

      Cheerful and smart colleagues Feels like I can make an impact Company is undergoing positive changes, some of which began 3-5 years ago. Upper management feels dynamic - there is a real drive to build something modern and exciting - leading to new projects/products.

      Cons

      Pay could be more competitive. Company is making some changes here to reduce attrition, but it could have been done sooner.

      Pros

      Good environment and fun to work in support. Everyone has nerf guns and has a good time at work. The lounge in Tysons is great. Ping pong, darts, pool, food, coffee machine, beer taps.

      Cons

      The work is actually the worst. It is never ending, and managment works you into the ground. It is a great place to start for a first job. The work will not really catch up to you until about a year in, then there is no recovering from it.
