The product is weak, but the management is far worse. Working here teaches you very little beyond navigating office politics and watching managers brag about their "Net worth". The environment is deeply toxic. All the genuinely good engineers left early on, and what remains is a support team role-playing as engineers, with no real engineering work taking place. Managers carry themselves as if they’re royalty, while everyone else is treated like peasants, it's a culture built on hierarchy rather than competence. Their employee policies make things even clearer. They enforce “sandwich leaves,” have no work-from-home flexibility, and maintain rigid office timings. There’s even a public Teams group where you’re required to announce to the entire company if you’re even five minutes late, an humiliation tactic. That alone should tell you everything you need to know about what kind of company this is.
