      Good pay,nice place to start a career, hybrid work

      Constantly working overtime and they expect it from you,manager texts employees in the weekend to open their laptop and work for urgent matters and there is no compensation,some of the KPI goals are performed in the weekend to for some teams, like its normal

      It’s a software company, not an internet company. You don’t gain too much experience in designing a tool compared to designing products that used by millions Of people in other internet companies.

      A toxic work environment with no real opportunities for career advancement. Employees are pigeonholed, and management shows little concern for individual contributions or performance. Even strong performance reviews and going above and beyond offer no job security if you’re considered too expensive, layoffs happen regardless. I strongly recommend avoiding this company unless there are no other options.
