All the company cares about is bitcoin, everyone is always waiting for the next layoff. Micromanagers are rewarded, creativity is stifled. They care more about the beer in their kegs at HQ than their employees.

Cons

High salary, great benefits, save every penny because you will need it when they fire you. Michael Saylor is a joke, and phong is his puppet, they gamble with peoples' lives and destroy them to add more money to their own bank accounts.
