      luck plays a important part whether you get good work. Again 80% of the work is done by 20% of the people.

      Smart People, Great Product, but Poor Employee Relations

      Pros

      Definitely some of the brightest people I've worked with. The executive VP's are all brilliant. Very easy to respect the people you worked with.

      Cons

      Depending on where you work, it's easy to get lost in the shuffle. As you would expect with a publicly traded company, profits come first and people come second. A large number of their customers seems to dislike them due to sales, contracts and audit policies.

      Great technology but needs a COO to better manage/communicate corporate procesess and operations company wide.

      Pros

      As it is still considered a small to medium sized company you are able to learn a lot by wearing a lot of different hats. The work and environment is very dynamic. Executive Management has begun to host quarterly online webcasts to communicate to the sales force. Great product and technology. Customers are satisfied.

      Cons

      Doesn't support continued professional education. Additionally, it would help immensely to have more communication interdepartmentally. International communication could also improve. Not enough training. The company should match more on the 401K. Also the CEO has a lot of power to the point where it's micromanaging.
