      Good opportunity to learn about BI, but not necessarily a longterm company when starting with entry level positions.

      Pros

      Great work/personal life balance, most of the time respecting personal time, and compensating for overtime. Pay is decent for job functions.

      Cons

      There is almost null training, whether it is on industry-wide standards and practices or new technologies. Similarly, time dedicated to training is somewhat limited. In terms of growth, opportunity is scarce although it is easy to move horizontally.

      Pros

      Good atmosphere, friendly environment, fair compensation, moderate pressure. A nice place to enjoy your life, but if you want to be aggressive and make fast progress in your career, it might not be a good choice.

      Cons

      "Flat management" means you don't have much opportunity to get promoted. Promotions are largely based on "years-of-service", not ability or performance.
