      Great culture, positive environment, but now things have changed.

      Pros

      The environment is very interactive, helping, and caring.

      Cons

      Sadly the pros are now losing focus, and the company is all about saving money, cutting costs, and yet spending countless dollars on their social business that is costing the rest of the company, and affecting the feel for all.

      Pros

      MOst of my colleagues are great to work with and team work is fostered. Current product is excellent, especially mobile offering.

      Cons

      Management vision has gotten cloudy over the past few years. Focus has moved from BI to other offerings including Wisdom and Usher

      Good place to get started

      Pros

      Good atmosphere thanks to lots of young people to keep you on your toes, lots of different job opportunities and ways to climb the ladder, though some moves may be lateral

      Cons

      Pay is pretty low, so it's a good place to start and get experience. Some people move up, but some people just end up leaving and getting paid a lot more.
