Pros
Casual, young and flexible environment. The location is ideal and the opportunity to learn and jump-start your career is there. The building itself is new and there is a really nice gym with free classes available. The company has a name that carries weight in the software and BI industry, so it looks good on the resume.
Cons
Salaries and vertical movement definitely has a limit. Moving up isn't easy and, in certain areas, doesn't seem to have an existing pathway at all. Don't expect to get paid on the higher end of the scale in your field. The company is large, but is still growing... so the growing pains are relatively obvious in that organization and attention to employee needs is still lacking.
