      Pros

      Great product, flexible schedules, good company to start your career. You can work with some smart people and learn from them.

      Cons

      Compensation is below market and raises are minimal. Very political environment. C level management lacks market knowledge and involvement with the personnel. Promotions aren't always based on performance but tenure. Limited career opportunities. Constant change of plans and lack of direction makes it feel like working on fire fighting mode.

      Pros

      Good atmosphere thanks to lots of young people to keep you on your toes, lots of different job opportunities and ways to climb the ladder, though some moves may be lateral

      Cons

      Pay is pretty low, so it's a good place to start and get experience. Some people move up, but some people just end up leaving and getting paid a lot more.
