      Nice top management, terrible middle management. Just a point of start for a consultant.

      Pros

      Very smart top management, brilliant ideas, nice product and a lot of intelligent people. Full immersion on the product and a guarantee to find a job. Behaviour of leader of the top management.

      Cons

      In the subsidiaries there's a not only meritocratic method. Middle management is not prepared, it doesn't support you. Hours worked are less than real and are use for not ethic purposes. The word from Vienna is interpreted in a wrong way.

      Pros

      Competitive Salary; Intensive and thorough training; Management is sensitive to employees' specific needs and talents; Team building exercises are creative and fun.

      Cons

      Downtime between projects can be long, and somewhat stressful; Not all teams interact well, and communication can be disjointed and unproductive; Some assignments are not specific enough with regards to responsibilities and can be somewhat limited towards exponential thinking.
