Too many legacy components, and seems they have no interest in any transformations. Seems like the leadership team is focusing solely on BTC, software is no longer a priority.

Disgusting mangagement to require you work overtime with low salaries. Don't care the development and family of the employees. Changes of directions for the worse. Sudden layoffs and routine layoffs that are not based on the performance.
