      Great colleagues and remote work Education opportunities and quarterly reviews make it easier to stay on top of things and continue to develop skillls

      Cons

      -Salary could be higher -Setting objectives in a project can be a gray area and is prone to scope creep -Gui interfaces make it relatively harder to gain transferrable skills.

      Pros

      Good benefits, care a lot about development of the technical staff so it is a good place to start and learn. If you do not care about a good salary it might be a good place to stay > 3-5 years since they seem to sponsor staff to other countries

      Cons

      - Average salary for Argentine staff - MicroStrategy have been in Argentina for about 20 years but Argentina Delivery Center which is a support center just started in 2021 so you will feel a disorganized atmosphere. - It is very obvious from management the tactics used to delay salary raises and keep engineers without a promotion as long as possible, you might have to complain to be acknowledged
