      Why would you hire someone who you let go in 1 month?

      Why would you hire me and then let me go within 1 month? I barely started working and was let go due to company restructuring, all done within 1 month. Why would you even hire me in the first place? This makes no sense

      Pros

      Location, next to the mall and the gym. Smart co-workers.

      Cons

      Leadership does not care about your welfare. Many employees have voiced their concerns about corona virus. Despite all the pleas, leadership told the employees to continue to show up in offices.

      Pros

      I have worked in this company for more than 7 years. This company had made a good Engine that has been a distinguishing point w.r.t its competitors. Now it has a In-Memory processing that is a differentiator. It is place for really good minds.

      Cons

      Regardless of Pros, this company has a lot more average or worse lazy minds. It is hard not to see the lack of training and lack of processes. What a team learns is very little from its past. Most of the management is rather disappointing and obscure.
