      1. Work life balance, Work from home policy is good, and frequently hold team events or other corp activities 2. Senior colleagues are all professional.

      Cons

      1. Too many production lines to maintain 2. Peer Evaluation (once per quarter) is the most terrible thing in this company. Even if your manager give you a good point, it may be deducted by CTO. 3.The promotion is delayed due to budget or quotas 4. Directly changed our job title from Software Engineer in Test to Quality Engineer without any communication.
