Pros

Have gym, lounge and no discrimination for minority. Closed to mall and theater, convenient for shopping and dining. Office is cozy.

Cons

Unstable, all techniques they are using are outdated, there is no value to learn their architecture cause no company are still using it. No any training, the high level management is terrible, they kept opening and shutting down the new product and no clue about next step. Try to avoid it.

Pros

The salary is OK. Work-life balance is good. Paid time off is generous. Many colleagues are nice and smart.

Cons

During recent layoff, CXOs and SVPs did not show enough respect to R&D employees in Beijing Technology Center. Many people with good skills left the company or about to leave the company.
