Pros

Gym, latest and greatest Apple products to work on and test with, great people and friends to meet, wasn't personally micromanaged.

Cons

Reorg every few weeks, upper management can't seem to plan out further than a few months, too many "yes" men, very low salary compared to other jobs of the same nature.

Pros

Talent colleagues; Free Gym; Good payment and work environment;

Cons

After people reduction and re-org last year, many colleagues left. And now the company doesn't have a correct direction.

Pros

None that I can think of. People are nice and talented, but they are leaving by the hour. At this rate, the CEO will be the only employee left in a couple of years. The only pro is that there is enough parking spots for the ones who still remain.

Cons

If you skip all of the fake good reviews that have sprung "spontaneously" over the last few days, you can grasp the reality of this company: bad salary, insensitive upper management, complete lack of direction, and the list goes on and on... The latest bomb in employee morale? Micromanaging! Employees need to write down every single discussion that they have, as well as fill in a time sheet with every little task that you do. Never have I ever in my life seen something like this in a software company, and I might never seen it again. With every new ridiculous thing happening every week, one can think that upper management is trying to literally boycott this company. In other words, we shouldn't be worried about competition as much as we should be about our own dictators... I mean, executives.
