      Good Company; Great Values. But poor people in Management.

      Pros

      Great Training, Better place to learn. Some great technologies.

      Cons

      Useless human resource. Corrupted transport and canteen facilities. Frequent change of local policies. Company values in Display Boards only. No career improvement. Worst(or NO) Salary hikes. Worst salary system (a fresher and 8 years experience person getting same salary). Huge partiality between Senior and Junior staffs (In other plants there is nothing like junior/senior). No response or they would turn against us if we ask/request anything.

      Very comprehensive training programme with a good range of resources and plenty of opportunity for development.

      Cons

      Too rigid in the way they do things. Unnecessarily stressful at times, for example, telling trainees that they are constantly being watched.
