Pros
Work mostly by your self. challenging work, Working with the clients and consumers was the best part of the Job. Making a good product for society.
Cons
the pay isn't usually up to the level of work you are doing. (even though you are getting paid good, you are working very hard for it). Hard to move up. They do not usually work around a college schedule. They are 24/7 so they don't really care if you have things planned, if something happens, they expect you to be there to fill in.
