Compensation and Skill Development are are really interesting. Excellent training in most areas. Working with the clients and consumers was the best part of the Job. Stability is the norm in many respects. Strong conservative traditions that guarantee quality products and respect for employees.

The institution could be quite rigid at times. This is mainly due to the long culture the company has. Other than that, it's is a very nice company to work for!
