With little over a year in Michelin, I can comfortable say it is a very good environment to work in with flexible work timings and hybrid work structure. There are new and exciting projects to experiment, prototype and deploy to production.

Cons

Overall compensation is lower than industry average.

Ridiculous high pay, free tyres.

Cons

Poor management that keep rising through the ranks. Worked there over 5 years ago and from what I hear this is still the case.
