      Bad experience of interview process

      Pros

      I was not an employee of Michelin, but had a bad experience while trying for an opportunity with Michelin. Despite of being selected , I was offered CTC lesser than my current CTC. It was heart breaking. Also the communication maintained by Peoplefy consultancy was really unprofessional. "Peoplefy consultancy manages recruitment for Michelin."

      Cons

      Not exactly everything could be written here. But it was a real bad experience for the first time.

      Can't think of any right now

      Cons

      Management micro-manage small tasks but have no idea how to build a structure around the team. They focus on solving the taks in front of their eyes but not the fundamental problem - lack of standardized processes.
