      I wouldn't recommend for service industry employees

      Pros

      Great company for employees having experience of manufacturing industry. Employee centric policies.

      Cons

      Not good for someone who comes from Service Industry. Micro Management. Agile certified Product Managers have no manners of treating employees. Wrong culture being encouraged by senior management and HRs.

      Pros

      Good balance of office days and work from home days. Good range of benefits (not the best, but OK).

      Cons

      The stress level will depend very much on your manager. Some people are promoted to management positions more on experience on the position previously held, rather than real aptitudes towards management. Salaries tend to be on the low end of the spectrum compared to other companies.
