Annual compensation, colleagues are very nice and teamplayers, you can count on them.

Cons

Lack of communication between departments, no support from managers, system with low performance, not enough resources. Equipment cannot process big amount of data. Too much manual work. Analysis of what Oracle didn't booked after running processes and manually uplod them in Oracle.

Salary not the highest in industry, job opportunities probably need relocation depending on where you work, some things take a lot of time internally as in any big company
