The owner and supervisors give you attitude and treat you as their puppet, giving you attitude infront of customers and bringing you down infront of everyone, + making you work outside in 30 degree weather with no hat, no sunglasses and no umbrella, you basically burn thru-out the whole day and they forget about your breaks so you get to be stuck outside until they remember about you. When I had to call off for school purposes, I was left on read by my manager with no response and as a consequence I was getting no hours for the next few weeks. Same thing goes for when I had to call off for being sick, no reply and no hours for the next weeks.

Management is very old and need a little younger perspective Most team/project don’t have with in team growth Pay is less than market Vacation is paid but you end up working triple the time before leaving and after coming from vacation. And during vacation team members covering and coverage is pretty much doing 2 person jobs. Need more resource
