Pros

Flexible hours, good with school, potential to move up, great people who you work with. Some management respect you for what you do.

Cons

Unionized seniority based scheduling, older more senior employees basically pick their schedule, younger employees don't have much of a say, no support from management. Company always looking to be more productive, which means you have to do more work for less pay.

Pros

Great as a beginner job. Flexible hours and nice people made my experience a good one. However I would not like to make a career out of it.

Cons

The job can often times be dull, boring and tedious and customers can be a pain at times. Additionally I did not connect with the upper management.
