Pros

I get more experience with customer service and the people around me are very friendly. The job isn't difficult either.

Cons

Some of the other departments will disappear from their areas and customers will start shouting at me and I have to try my best to take care of the situation or serve them.

They were flexible for my school schedule in university. They gave me more hours when I asked for them.

Sometimes the customers were rude. Standing for long periods of time. Very poor raises.
