Benefits are given for full time and are extensive, and you can earn benefits part time by staying with the company. Hours are flexible, and they will work with you to make it fit around your needs

Cons

Customers are the worst part, because you have to react to many different situations on the spot. Some office politics.

Flexible hours, some great people to work with and convenient location from my home. Relatively easy work

Cons

Dealing with customers can sometimes be a stressful situation. Management does not show they value employees very much, no incentives to work harder. Was at this company for 5 years and never received a pay increase despite receiving more and more responsibility (casher - customer service desk - supervisor)
