Extremely low work life balance with alot of overtime being put in and not reimbursed. Very low talent Aged leadership team with very old thought process and extremely difficult to change No rewards and recognition program and company lacks a clear culture Little to no career growth as most seniors have been in the position for a long time Very toxic work environment, worse I've seen in my lifetime. Almost everyone is related, you usually see two people getting out of a car and walking to work together, leaders and senior management of different teams that impact eachother, the leadership are related, husband and wife, son and father, etx... Never seen this before anywhere, clearly People are comfortable in their roles. New people joining the company usually don't last too long as the old folks in the company have deep roots embedded for themselves. You do not feel like this is a publicly traded company rather you would think its a family business

Front end staff (full time) are tenured individuals who have attitude and create a toxic workplace culture. One of them kept asking personal questions about my tax deductions and union fees. They tell you to let them know if you sell “big ticket items” so they can reprint the receipt- this is their way of auditing you to make sure you are scanning all items.
