Job is easy once you are on track. Location is convenient.

Cons

It's not even a lack of acknowledgement or appreciation for your hard-working. Management will straight look-down no matter what and under-value your worth, even if you have been one of the best employee. Absolutely no room for growth. Disgusting nepotism and favoritism. They only care about themselves and their little nest of pay. Emphasis on "best needs of business" but they don't realize their business is run by handful of hard workers. Metro is rotted from the very core and everyone knows it. The jobs are only for the desperate.
