      A tale of two cities in one plant

      Pros

      The Upper management does seem to understand the concept of bad PR. however it does take them a while to get around to it. They generally hope it goes away so they don't have to deal with it.

      Cons

      Work/life balance is horrible. Constant seven days a week for Tooling and Maint. Plant manager and administration is in their own world. Workers are in theirs. They don't like dealing with each other, and it shows. Management also takes the cheap route in hiring, which has also caused issues with unqualified workers.

      The pay is amazing and definitely can support your family!!!

      Cons

      They operate on point system for attendance and it is not accurate. Their human resource dept is very faulty.

      Pros

      The pay is really nice. Most of the time you only have to work 5-6 days a week. Chances for advancement. Union protection

      Cons

      Too many people telling you how to do your job and they don't even know how to do it. The union isn't as strong as it needs to be. Too many rats.
