      Management sucks! They bully their employees and treat them like crap. They lie and have no communication.

      Pros

      Great pay, good benefits. You can advance within the company. If your a toilet, you are the best paid hourly position and with time and a half and double time, you make more than most salary positions.

      Cons

      Communication is bad. They treat anyone below middle management like crap but because it pays better than most places, your stuck with it if you need the money. It is what you make of it I guess.
