      They pay well, that's how they keep you working there

      Pros

      Great pay, good benefits. You can advance within the company. If your a toilet, you are the best paid hourly position and with time and a half and double time, you make more than most salary positions.

      Cons

      Communication is bad. They treat anyone below middle management like crap but because it pays better than most places, your stuck with it if you need the money. It is what you make of it I guess.

      Close to home. Insurance is good Bonuses

      Cons

      Very unfair and discriminatory workplace. People are hired with less qualifications over minorities with the experience and education. Rebel flags are welcomed to the facility as if it's the American Flag.

      The pay and the benefits are really good for the area that i live.

      Cons

      Schedules training to improve you but will not let you go. Company does not invest in the talent they have.
