Metalsa gave me the stability, for my family’s well being financially, aswell as opened many new doors such as team building and coordinating, problem solving and operations of manufacturing.

Cons

Not much family time, turn over rate is unstable, HR department is unreachable and secluded form hourly employees when needed.
