      Fantastic place to work. Develop your career. Develop as a person as they invest an awful lot in you.

      Cons

      The bar is always rising. What's good one year is average the next year. There is no resting on your laurels. That is the same for everyone.

      The company culture is very open, and everyone is willing to help each other out. There is a strong sense of communication between employees.

      Cons

      No cons - this is an amazing place to work. The only con would be that there is so much free food, and sometimes it's hard to make a decision where to eat lunch.
