Constant changes and re-orgs which impact the recruiting team, very little transparent communication from senior recruiting leadership, negative company sentiment which made it difficult for front line recruiters to engage with top talent, and hyper focused performance driven culture which causes individuals to prioritize their work for how it will reflect in their reviews rather than what's best for the business or team.
