Pros
Great pay, benefits and nice offices. For the majority colleagues are also very bright. Good work-life balance and respectful of hours.
Cons
It requires tons of folks to get anything done. Too much “aligning” and telling others what you’ve done instead of actually getting things done. Culture somewhat promote talkers not necessarily doers, due to the push to always post what you’ve done etc. And just too many folks in general, meaning whatever you do someone owns that little niche work already and you need to align…. A lot of uncertainty and while transparency is a focus it just doesn’t come across as genuine unfortunately.
