      Free food with a variety of options. Modern offices and equipment and friendly staff in London offices

      Cons

      Not worth the hype, onboarding was great but overall the company is a mess. Acts like a start-up when really, due to their size they should be operating like any other mature global tech firm. Everything is America centric so if based else-where you're more likely to be a doer rather than an influencer. All the free parties and events have clearly disappeared after Covid
