      Constant worry about the state of the company and the next leak.

      Pros

      Aside from all the benefits you hear about...free food, good pay, laundry, and so on.... Facebook is an amazing place to work. The culture is so open and fun. No matter what part of the organization you're in, you feel like you're part of the overall mission of Facebook. The company is really transparent about the things going on (often public).

      Cons

      Only downside I've seen so far, is that the company moves really fast...sometimes too fast!

      High quality people. One of the best places to have a child.

      Cons

      High pressure environment. Highly underpaid comparing to Bay Area, Singapore, Dubai. High variable wrt to the quality of middle management, very important to work with high quality managers.
