      Pros

      Co-workers are usually very good, health care and pension WERE good as well. Typical 401K.

      Cons

      Totally different environment after going public. Clueless management not knowing what's involved in a task. 'Surprise' annual ratings without ongoing feedback. Really too many to tell.

      My coworkers were wonderful to work with. Our team of four worked all together and did the work that was expected.

      Cons

      Unrealistic goals set at 98%. If you do not have 98-100%, you are put on written review and then fired. Abusive supervisor that belittled you and your self-esteem. Hovered over computer which would make mistakes and he would yell in front of people making you feel horrible and belittled.

      Pros

      Decent benefits and paid time off.

      Cons

      Company was a leader with great diversity of offerings in the financial industry. They are now an unrecognizable microcosm of their former self. Combine that with leaders who are results of "battlefield promotions" and favoritism vs. qualifications, and management vs. leadership, and you can imagine the boulliabase. Don't "Navigate Life Together" here.
