No Work ! Heaven for people who want to take out time for family

Cons

1. HR will harass you, they will say that we are sending the date on offer letter for these many days and you revert specifying your date on which you will be able to join. Then you will receive a call after days either you join on this date or leave it. 2. No learning so no growth 3. They will allow you to take laptops home but you cant carry camera phones to office. No lockers in the office.

Where do I begin? The way they treat their employees is your supposed to know everything even though we didn’t train you properly. Management was horrible it was based on who she liked the most. They come down on you about rollovers but yet say they care about the quality then quantity which was bs. You can’t ask questions because more than likely Management (Christina) didn’t know the answer her favorite line is I don’t know. Which is mind boggling because if you are a manager and you don’t know the answer how is that helping the administrator to complete the claim. It was to much catty stuff going on and not enough professionalism going on with how they handle situations and how they speak to their employees.
