Pros

Good hours. The pay is decent. I enjoy the people I work with in my immediate group. My manager is very flexible and doesn't require more hours than are necessary to get the job done. Business casual dress is the norm. I don't feel micro-managed by my supervisors.

Cons

Difficult to get promotions. Low salary raises. Its hard to get the inside track. The bonuses don't compare to investment banks. No holiday party. The company is pretty conservative.

Pros

Flexible work time. Good technology support to work from home and reliable technology to support off site work. Tuition reimbursement for higher studies(but its getting more stringent recently). Good health insurance coverages, Good size vacation days.

Cons

Lack of promotions, Lack of means to convert contribution to rewards. Poor employee management. No employee training efforts. Constantly changing ratings, review procedures. Looks like they dont have much handle on what they are doing. Lots of Focus on policy changes and less focus on results of those policy changes resulting in unstable and untrustable policy structure.
