Some good reason to work for met life is that they appreciate you and have a lot to offer you if you are willing.

Cons

being able to be promoted is pretty tough. if you want to climb up higher you need to put in time and a whole lot of work.

great benefits and pretty good training when I was there.

Cons

you're brought in as a 1099, you pay a LOT to work there, no mentorship. Products aren't the best in the industry.
